Gulfstream Goodwill Industries (GGI) provides employment-related services designed to help individuals overcome barriers to work and achieve economic independence. These programs include Adult Day Training, Supported Employment, and Residential Employment Services, offering training, vocational assessment, and job placement assistance. Services are provided to individuals with disabilities, people returning from incarceration, and those experiencing homelessness. Participants receive individualized support to develop skills and secure employment at integrated community work sites. In 2024, 345 individuals received career exploration, employability skill building and training, 312 became job ready and in various credentialed training tracks and 147 gained employment promoting inclusion and self-sufficiency.

Gulfstream Goodwill Industries (GGI) provides job training and supported employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities at integrated community sites. These programs enable participants to gain meaningful work experience and earn wages while contributing to essential community services. One example is GGI's contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Okeechobee Waterways, where participants perform tasks such as grounds maintenance and cleaning.
