To provide health care to those who do not qualify for the medicaid program and do not have the financial resources to purchase insurance or health care services themselves.

Heart of kansas family health care provides a dental program to help our patients obtain affordable quality dental care. This program is available to all clinic patients regardless of income level and ability to pay.

Heart of kansas family health care provides individual and family therapy services to meet the needs of its patients. Marital counseling, substance abuse counseling, behavior modification and parenting information are also provided. All services are provided on a confidential basis to ensure the privacy of the patient.

Heart of kansas family health care offers chronic disease treatment of diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Heart of kansas family health care also hosts a support group for diabetics. Heart of kansas family health care also provides two different programs to help our patients obtain affordable quality prescriptions. 1. The prescription assistance program (pap) provides medication at very low or no cost to eligible low and fixed income patients. 2. The 340b prescription program provides medications to patients at a huge discount off of retail pharmacy prices. This program is available to all clinic patients regardless of income level.
