Workforce developmpent provides career development and financial coaching, education, and vocational training to promote economic stability. In partnership with local universities, businesses, and community organizations, we act as a bridge to provide language accessibility and professional development. Services include unemployment assistance, job search support, resume building, interview preparation, and digital literacy training. We also offer interpretation courses and a youth employment initiative that provides paid internships and workforce readiness training.

Language services bridge the gap in accessibility for west michigan by providing interpretation and translation in the legal, medical, educational, business, insurance, and social service industries to improve communication and access to essential services for limited-english-proficient individuals.

Education services: providing bilingual preschool through la escuelita to prepare children for kindergarten readiness and long-term academic success. In addition, offering youth programming focused on supporting refugee students as they adjust to a new community. Services include tutoring, mental health support, and educational workshops designed to build confidence and connection. The program also assists with student navigation services such as school enrollment, acting as a liaison between schools and families, fafsa completion, and college exploration guidance.

Economic development: providing financial coaching and education to help individuals improve financial stability, build assets, and achieve long-term goals. Partnering with community development financial institutions (cdfis) to increase access to capital for entrepreneurs ans small business owners through affordable loan programs and technical assistance.
