To provide community based behavioral health programs that are responsive, efficient and effective in delivering recovery focused services that improve the quality of life for consumer and their families.

The urgent recovery center's model provides twenty-four hour, seven days a week emergency assessment, stabilization, and intensive support for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. Throughout fiscal year 2023, hope's urc stabilized 150-200 individuals experiencing crisis each month.
Hope is one of the largest providers of federal housing assistance in oklahoma city. Hope has six housing programs funded through the department of housing and urban development and one housing program funded through the department of veterans affairs. Hope's housing programs are designated to provide housing to individuals, families, and veterans that are homeless, chronically homeless, or are at risk of becoming homeless. In fiscal year 2023 hope provided $1,779,517 of housing assistance to approximately 223 participants, and due to efficient management of funds, we were able to fulfill our contractual obligations above the minimum participant capacity.
