The mission of housing solutions for the southwest is to lead the way providing help, hope, and a seamless system of affordable housing services to our communities in southwest colorado.

2)home rehab & revolving loan fund: the homeowner rehabilitation program provides low to no-interest loans to low-income homeowners to make health and safety repairs to their homes resulting in preservation of affordable housing, such as roof replacement, window replacement, flooring repair/replacement, bathroom repair, septic replacement, and sewer repairs, e.g. The program serves homeowners located in archuleta, dolores, la plata, montezuma and san juan counties in the southwest region of colorado.
