To empower people in need to attain the hope, motivation and skills necessary to reach their fullest human potential and their highest level of personal and family self-sufficiency.
Programs

Housing projects provided shelter and assistance to low income, needy honorably discharged veterans. Residential management, life skills, medical, psychological and vocational services are provided at no cost to our veterans.
Economic development activities provide jobs, transportation to work and community economic improvements in the philadelphia area. Residents can also get materials to fix their home at our building materal exchange. Free tax preparation was also provided. Over 20,000 people have benefited from our economic development programs.
