The Institute for Philanthropic Leadership (IPL) endeavors to strengthen the culture of individual philanthropy in the community in the following ways:-Inspire, educate and empower nonprofit leaders to implement a leadership gifts program and practice donor-centric fundraising.-Help donors develop their vision for their personal philanthropy.-Advance the practice and understanding of philanthropy through in-depth educational programming for executive directors and development professionals.-Encourage effective board leadership in fundraising by providing educational programs for nonprofit board members.
