Constructed homes - interfaith community housing of delaware, inc. Owns seven (7) affordable housing properties that allow us to provide affordable housing for 314 families in need of affordable living. We were awarded 2.7 million dollars in arpa funding to revitalize our overlook colony rental property that provides housing for households with income in the 50% and 60% of ami. Ichde began renovations at overlook colony which consists of 35 townhomes. We have completed all exterior renovations and three (3) units of interior renovations.
