Icrw's asia office in new delhi serves as a hub to expand our efforts in responding to the pressing challenges facing women and girls, as well as their communities, in asia. The asia office employs over 40 local staff. Icrw examines the realities of complex, interlinked issues and serves the south and southeast asia region, including bangladesh, cambodia, thailand, vietnam, and nepal. We collaborate closely with local, regional, and international partners to undertake field research and program work. We communicate our findings and experiences to policymakers through advocacy efforts grounded in sound evidence and data.

Expenses: $1.8MGrants: $287K

Icrw promotes gender equity, inclusion, and shared prosperity through action-oriented research and solutions across four issue areaseconomic opportunity and security; health and reproductive rights; social norms and power dynamics; and climate action. The organization's work centers women, girls, and other structurally excluded populations. With a cross-sectoral, locally grounded approach, strong community proximity, deep regional presence, and global network, icrw bridges research and action, strengthens the capacity of partners, develops evidence-based policy recommendations, and advocates for change at the local, national, and global levels.
