Jacksonville Area Sexual Minority Youth Network Inc

Jasmyn housing care services include linkage to housing resources that are critical for youth experiencing homelessness, especially while also living with hiv/aids or seeking to reduce their reliance on substance abuse. Jasmyn provided mental health services to youth, rental and utility assistance for over 100 youth.

Mental health services we have seen a rise in suicide assessments and interventions. During 2024, we had 20 suicide and crisis interventions that led to positive outcomes. The mental health department is also managing the teen and family initiative program. The prom proved once again, jasmyns ability to create a safe and affirming place for members of the lgbtqia+ community. The prom had 33 attendees and over the course of 2024 we had 115 teens who used at least one teen programming service.
