Community facilitator - provides direct support to children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental challenges and their families. The children learn to be active members of their family, school and community.

In march 2024, jncs formed a wholly-owned subsidiary called jay nolan recreational services (jnrs), dedicated to offering inclusive camp experiences for children with and without challenges. This initiative fosters an environment that celebrates diversity and empowers every child to embrace their individuality. The camp's focus on inclusivity and neurodiversity is designed to create a setting where young minds can learn, play, and grow together.
