Mission

The organization's primary purpose is the prevention of homelessness, abuse, abondonment and unwanted cats and dogs. The mission is to improve the lives of cats and dogs in fremont county and surrounding areas by various programs using low cost spay/neuter services, feeding programs and education.

Programs

3 programs

Tnr and feral cat program:313 feral cats and kittens were trapped, spayed/neutered and vaccinated through our tnr (trap, neuter, return) program. Once the cats were evaluated, some of them went into our uber kitty program, to be adopted, and the rest were returned to their home communities, to live out their natural lives. We provide food to colony managers to feed approximately 550 community cats each day.

Expenses: $66K

Uber kitty program:273 cats and kittens were surrendered by their owners or from the tnr program and 77 were altered. All found homes through the uber kitty program, transported to our rescue partners, and lived out the rest of their natural lives in a loving home.
