PATHWAYS DEPARTMENT: The opening of a Juvenile Assessment Center which services youth, primarily ages 10-17, through provision of wraparound services. This location is also a co-location hub. Partners including Mission Possible, Success 4 Life Tutoring, Diversus Behavioral Health, Probation, The Department of Human Services and Peak Vista Community Health Center have entered into co-location agreements. Services include screening, care coordination, Individualize Service Planning meetings, career days, before school tutoring and safe space provision, and decompression space.
