Education: Jubilee's holistic Out-of-School-Time (OST) Program offers the only free, certified high-quality afterschool and summer programs in Southeast Dallas. For area students in grades K-12, Jubilee is often the only resource available for additional academic support, enrichment, skill building, and exposure to extra-curricular activities. 2024 saw Jubilee's OST Program continue its robust numbers post pandemic, serving 382 children and providing more than 73,904 of academic and enrichment activities during afterschool and summer programming. Teen programming continues to serve 6-12 grade students with a focus on mentorship, leadership development, college and career readiness, and service learning. Jubilee is the only program in the area, and possibly the city, to supplement our OST work by providing our Specialized Student Support (S3) program. S3 serves students with learning differences such as dyslexia and ADHD. S3 combines diagnostic tools, trained interventionists, one-one-one and small group support, as well as parent education to maximize each student's success.

Health & Wellness: Jubilee continued to expand its work in Health and Wellness in 2024, capitalizing on the robust programming within the Jubilee Park Community Clinic. The clinic, operated in partnership with our county hospital system, Parkland Health, as well as Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas, continues to serve more and more area residents, becoming a pillar of health access in this medically underserved community. This year we also saw Parkland expand dental services to five days per week, serving both children and adults. Parkland's medical team saw 2,647 patients across 5,209 appointments from October 2023 to September 2024 (Parkland's reporting year), while JFS served 125 clients though mental health services. Jubilee provides health and wellness education classes; youth sports programming; community activities for all ages like yoga, Zumba, walking clubs, cooking classes; as well as continued pop up services like blood pressure monitoring, mammograms, and others. In 2024, Jubilee served 360 adults in health education and programming, 309 children participated in youth sports, and 300 individuals attended our annual Health Expo. Jubilee also provides daily meals to all children in our afterschool program and summer camps, serves congregant meals for senior citizens twice per week, and is a host site for our regional food bank to provide fresh produce and nonperishable food boxes each month. In 2024, Jubilee provided 31,364 meals to children and seniors, more than 800 meals through community events, and more than 1,000 food boxes were distributed to senior citizens. The park at the center of our campus continues to be the only safe green space for family recreation within walking distance to thousands of Southeast Dallas residents. It includes a soccer field, basketball courts, a playground, open green space, and picnic areas.

Affordable Housing: Jubilee Park and Community Center serves as an advocate for residents and a facilitator of community-led initiatives for home improvement. Jubilee works to ensure that its neighbors have access and information to rent or own safe, quality housing. These efforts have included the construction of new housing, repair of owner-occupied homes, homebuyer education, property tax workshops, and more. Together with municipal and private partners, we have built 60 single family homes, built a 24-unit complex of senior apartments, and implemented a home repair program that has served 80 homeowners (30 in 2024 alone). We also provide ongoing housing education programs that served 23 homeowners or renters in 2024.

Workforce Development: In a community where only half of adults graduated from high school, and many people are employed in low-wage jobs, Jubilee provides workforce education classes including ESL, Career and Workforce Transitions and computer literacy, as well as workforce certificates to increase opportunity for adults in Southeast Dallas and connect them to living wage jobs. We also provide bi-annual job fairs that connect 126 residents with employers. In 2024, we supported 349 total individuals across our workforce programming, an increase of 46% over the previous year.
