Mission
Juntos nw advances health, housing stability, and recovery for latino/a/x and indigenous communities in the pacific northwest by providing culturally specific navigation, harm reduction, and transitional recovery housing, and by improving access to behavioral health systems through outreach, education, and partnerships.

Behavioral health training & workforce development - delivered culturally specific peer-support and behavioral-health trainings statewide, including spanish curricula and technical assistance. About 1,500 participants were trained; 194 earned state certification; 350 received credentialing support. Courses included ethics, lgbtq+ support, gang awareness, and computer skills. Funding from oha, washington county behavioral health, and community partners supported this workforce expansion.
Conferences & collaborative engagement - organized the black, brown & indigenous conference (204 attendees), juntos podemos conference (150), and african american conference (130), each granting ceus through oha and mhacbo. Supported 12 monthly juntos podemos collaborative and 24 latino providers network meetings connecting 60100 providers per session to expand behavioral-health capacity statewide.
