The mission is to advance educational and economic opportunities for Lao people and strengthen their connection to Lao culture and traditional values.

Assisted transportation programs served 107 clients with 1,900 rides. assisted transportation is provided for clients 60 and over to a variety of destinations including medical appointments, food shelf, congregate dining, daily errands, educational classes and socialization
Special Access programs provide advocacy to access daily needed services in a timely manner and ensure fair treatment from community-based and government resources such as: legal, healthcare, SNAP, housing, social services providers. Many Lao and Hmong seniors may not know where to find help for issues that they face. The staff and volunteers are able to understand the cultural context of a problem and can assist individual seniors in expressing their needs. Special Access reached 146 clients with 651 individual services.
