League Of Women Voters Of Kansas

To provide funding to 1) to create, install, and maintain a lasting framed mural and plaque of the Kansas women suffragist movement from its beginnings in 1859 to 1912 when Kansas women won universal suffrage; 2) to provide historical information for visitors and school groups to the state Capitol; and 3) to create educational lesson plans for teachers based on Kansas Standards for History, Government, and Social Studies.
