Communities grants - the organization engages in community grantmaking efforts to other nonprofit organizations that are focused on supporting the longevity and success of local communities and embody t s restaurants values of 'ohana, continuous improvement, serving one's communities, pride in one's employees, and fun. The organization's board of directors and officers determines the needs, merits and availability of funds to be distributed by this program, and may require prospective recipients to submit an application or proposal to be considered.

Legacy of aloha schoalrship program - the organization provides annual scholarships to t s restaurant employees or their children for educational purposes, including, pursing education at an accredited 2- year college, 4- year university, trade or vocational school, or graduate program. These scholarship awards will promote the continued education and growth of the individuals who live, work and play in the communities and neighborhoods in which t s restaurants are located. A scholarship committee reviews applications and determines the scholarship recipients.
