(a) to provide financial assistance to residents of lea county with cancer; (b) to provide information resources to residents of lea county with cancer; (c) to conduct charitable activities and services and any other lawful business; and (d) this organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
