Lincoln hills cares develops the next generation of young leaders through outdoor education and recreation, cultural history exploration, and workforce advancement. Our programs empower youth who may not otherwise have the opportunity, due to economic, social, or family circumstances.

Career pathways highlights: in 2024, the pathways teams expanded their impact significantly, a new team was formed; the river action project and additional projects integrated into each existing pathways team. The collective efforts of these teams resulted in the successful completion of over 350 projects in collaboration with various partners. Our impact - total number of participants: 225, total number of programming hours: 250, total number of partners: 25, total number of completed projects: 350, employed 50 youth and number of people at the summit: 150

Through partnerships with youth-serving organizations, we provide underrepresented youth, young adults, and families with enriching opportunities to engage in outdoor exploration, environmental education, and cultural history discussions. Our dynamic, culturally responsive curriculum integrates natural sciences, outdoor recreation, and cultural heritage, aligning with state academic standards. Our impact - total number of participants: 2,091, 1,062 participants at lincoln hills, 1,029 participants at partner sites, 28% increase from 2023, total days of programming: 101, 45 days at lincoln hills, 56 days at partner sites, 33% increase from 2023, total hours of programming: 263.5, 202.5 hours at lincoln hills, and 61 hours at partner sites.
