Monthly luncheon meetings featuring speakers on contemporary topics focused on socio-economic issues affecting latinos and the broader community; fostering adult and student leadership through attendance at meetings and group discussions.

The state of the latino community address (solca) is los cien's signature annual event that convenes community members, leaders, and partners to examine key issues affecting sonoma county's latino community. The program brings together more than 550 participants at sonoma state university for presentations and facilitated discussions that promote awareness, shared learning, and civic engagement.

In 2024, los cien expanded its mission-driven activities through a new fee-for-service model that aligns with its charitable purpose. The organization collaborated with the county on community and economic development projects, supporting event planning, audience engagement, and outreach efforts. Los cien also led a community engagement initiative to increase participation from spanish-speaking residents in a survey on broadband access and home technology use.
