Workforce wellbeing is aimed at addressing burnout and turnover of the healthcare workforce in southern colorado through innovative programs such as; recharge spaces (namely the outdoor garden space at mhc), peer-to-peer support, and more, as identified by the wellbeing steering committee.

Cloud camp - fcoe is a department embedded with the mhc emergency department that provides specialized trauma-informed care to victims of violence (domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, child abuse, or any other form of intentional violence). They provide safe and sane (sexual assault nurse examiner and sexual assault forensic examiner) education to the entire state of colorado and connect rural communities to care via telehealth.
