Public education and training mhamd educated the public through the children's mental health matters, healthy new moms and older adults: vibrant minds community outreach and awareness campaigns; and training programs which include mental health first aid maryland, a national certification program and the engage with older adults skills training program, an interactive, comprehensive skills-based training for people who support and care for older adults.

Brainfutures brainfutures: mhamd provides support to a national nonprofit that provides rigorous and unbiased information about advances in brain health resulting from breakthroughs in understanding neuroplasticity of the brain. The organization is a directly controlled subsidiary dedicated to improving human outcomes by assessing and advancing practical applications of new scientific understanding of the brain through rigorous issue briefs, and works to lay a foundation for the regulatory and reimbursement work necessary to ensure equitable access to advances in treatment.

Engage with the engage with older adults skills training program, an interactive, comprehensive skills-based training for people who support and care for older adults.

Advocacy mhamd works with government officials and stakeholders to strengthen laws and policies at the state and federal level to improve behavioral health outcomes for the public. Coalitions focused on the holistic needs of the public, and networks targeted to the specific needs of children, older adults and criminal justice-involved individuals bring together consumers, family members, caregivers, and professional and government organizations to work in unison to advance mental wellbeing for marylanders.
