Rental and single family mi casa owned developments - the organization promotes economic reinvestment, housing development, and neighborhood revitalization to sustain diverse and healthy communities through single family home development to offer affordable homeownership opportunities and through purchasing and renovating or constructing multi-family rental housing to provide stable, affordable housing opportunities to low-income households.
