Consulting to support diverse housing options and strong communities: in 2024, the organization provided consulting services to multiple municipalities to support their efforts to expand the supply of diverse and attainable housing options within their communities. In addition, we completed several smaller consulting projects assisting both individuals and local governments in advancing 'missing middle' housing development and promoting more inclusive, sustainable, and connected neighborhoods.

Housing development to increase access to diverse housing options: our housing development work aims to increase housing supply; promote diverse, attainable, and sustainable housing options; improve land use; and support community revitalization. In 2024, the organization advanced projects to increase access to a wider range of housing through land acquisition, pre-development design and planning, and construction. Our approach emphasizes community-centered design and thoughtful land use to create right-sized homes that strengthen neighborhood connections and support diverse, resilient communities. We continued work on two grant-supported projects in fulton county, georgia, which will result in 18 new housing units that expand local housing availability.
