NTAPP INCLUDES NLADA AS THE FUNDER AND CONVENER, ALONG WITH SELECTED LEGAL SERVICES PROGRAMS THAT WILL PROVIDE DIRECT SERVICES, COMMUNITY EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY.
