Cybersecurity for government leadersthis program aims to educate all government leaders and their staff. Training has been expanded to include 750 additional leaders, including local government leaders in addition to state leaders. Ncc also executed pisces training, giving university, community college, and registered apprenticeship students the ability to monitor and analyze live network data flow from small jurisdictions in colorado.

Cyber educationthe ncc's cyber education program provides cybersecurity leadership, with two main pillars: k- 12 education, ncc student alliance, and the adult education initiative. As our nation addresses the critical gap in skilled cybersecurity talent, ncc addresses the importance of cyber education through programs and partnerships that invite students to participate in an ecosystem which encourages them to learn, explore, and build their skills.

Other programs of the organization aim to empower state lawmakers and staff with smart cybersecurity practices, and to raise awareness of the importance of safeguarding and strengthening cybersecurity. There are also efforts put toward helping cities to become more efficient in their operations as they continue to grow with hyper-connectivity amongst smart devices and urbanization.this also includes the crown jewels program. The national cybersecurity center created an assessment initiative tailored for state, local, tribal, and territorial (sltt) organizations. This program aims to accurately assess the operational fallout of cyberattacks and facilitate informed security investment decisions for critical functions.
