General programs - new life cdc programs serve youth and young adults, families and students in the shelter system, and families exiting poverty. In 2024, our programs engaged hundreds of neighbors at over 30 outreach events, from workshops to parties to resource fairs at local schools, parks, shelters, and businesses.
Health center - the new life community health center seeks to see lives transformed through the provision of ongoing excellence in health care oriented to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of immigrants and the under-insured of west/central queens in new york city. In 2024, the health center provided showers and social services to more than 400 neighbors experiencing homelessness in the community.
