Nochi conducts learning skills for life, a program which teaches bartending and hospitality fundamentals. The program is designed to allow individuals to continue working while participating and will track success of individuals once they complete the program while providing ongoing mentorship and resources. Participation is free, and the launch was funded with a grant from diageo north america. There were 850 individuals who went through nochi's hospitality investment training in 2024.
