Open door clinic completed 90 mental health visits in 2024, down from 479 completed visits in 2023. With the resignation of the mental health counselor in april 2024, the position remained vacant, causing a pause in the in-house mental health counseling program.

Open door clinic's social determinants of health (sdoh) coordinator assisted 12 patients with clothing needs and 10 patients with food box donations. The sdoh coordinator also assisted patients as needed with community referrals for medicaid, housing, and food banks in 2024.

Clothing closet clothes are donated and given to the patients in need.
