Mission
The peekskill rotary foundation acts in accord with the goals of the rotaryfoundation of rotary international; to work to further international peaceand understanding; to reach out to men and women within the area of ourclub to engage their interest and participation in outreach programs to serve others in great need in whatever parts of the world that need arises; to solicit and receive funds for the support of projects in such areas as health, the relief of hunger, the betterment of community facilities, disaster relief, support of educational programs including scholarships, the construction of educational facilities, the exchange of students, and sending qualified people as advisors to developing areas around the world. The majority of funds raised by the foundation are from the annual horse show.
