Possibilities mission is to strengthen people's ability to work together for community changes. Possibilities values-driven transformative experiences train diverse people in methods of community engagement to lead, innovate, and facilitate change. In short, possibilities grows local capacity to work for positive change. The building bridges community podcast platform collaborates with diverse partners to offer connection, self exploration and opportunities for growth. Through the inside out leadership platform and other custom training offerings, participants identify areas for personal growth and build individual and group skill sets to work with others for positive outcomes. Possibilities provides a safe space to practice facilitation skills and share lessons learned through the people's circle.
