Presentation Partners In Housing

The housing navigation program at presentation partners in housing (ppih) connects the community's most vulnerable individuals and families to safe, stable housing without preconditions, while providing individualized support to overcome barriers such as lack of income, credit challenges, or criminal history. Ppih's housing stability specialists work closely with participants to locate and secure housing, support tenancy, and develop personalized housing stabilization plans. In 2024, the program provided intensive case management support to over 50 households, prioritizing those with the highest vulnerability. Participants achieved a 91% housing retention rate at 12 months, demonstrating the program's effectiveness in supporting long-term stability. By reducing time spent unhoused and promoting sustainable housing outcomes, ppih advanced its mission to end homelessness through compassionate, low-barrier services. The program also reduced high-cost emergency service utilization, including emergency room visits, jail bookings, detox and withdrawal management admissions, emergency shelter stays, and ambulance transports. Among 30 participants housed for one year or more, totalcommunity cost savings were estimated at $620,000, illustrating both individual and system-level impact.
