Education - pgcar offers continuing education courses that realtors need to maintain their licenses. Courses include topics on forms, regulations, emerging trends and the latest products and services. Occasionally, pgcar offers homeownership and credit counseling classes for members of the public interested in buying or selling a home.
Supporting industry ethics - pgcar ensures the enforcement of ethical business practices thanks to its forum for complaints and recourse for satisfaction. Also, each member is required to complete special ethics training above and beyond what is mandated by law to maintain his/her status as a realtor.
