The Ministry provides training, accountability and financial support to aid native evangelists in developing nations to more effectively preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

National Missionary Conference - Cnduct training for National Missionaries and included annual performance reviews of National Missionaries currently being supported by Reaching Souls in Cuba, Rwanda, Zambia, Burundi, and Zimbabwe.
Leadership Development Institute - Conduct a Leadership Development Institute project where 312 individuals, including pastors, evangelists, and spouses of ministers, were trained in doctrine and evangelistic strategies. This project was held in Mwanza, Tanzania and by the end of the training, there were 6,040 salvations with two new churches started.
