The realtors association of northeast wisconsin, inc., strives, through collective and cooperative services, to enhance the competency and integrity by which its members will succeed.

Government affairs - the association, through its government affairs director, executive vice-president, leadership and volunteers, advocates for the association, its membership and the real estate industry in issues related to government and public policy matters via the activities below. All members of the association benefit from the accomplishments of these efforts as this work is of direct interest to the association and directly affects the trade and business of the association and its members. Ga activities include:monitoring relevant legislative and public policy matters at the local government level such as land use regulations and tax and fee proposals that may have a potential impact on the real estate industry and coordinating grassroots advocacy efforts on those issues.in coordination with the wisconsin realtors association (wra) and the national association of realtors (nar), engaging members of the local association in grassroots advocacy efforts regarding local, state and federal issues.building partnerships and collaboration with allied organizations as well as public officials. Grassroots member outreach to facilitate communication with local public officials and candidates for local public office.keeping members informed and educated on public policy issues related to the real estate industry and actions involving the federal, state and local association via newsletters, email updates, website and office visits. Organizing members through committees to help provide input and direction regarding association positions on public policy issues related to the trade and business of the members.helping formulate and disseminate communication with the media, sometimes acting as a spokesperson for the association.
Communicationsnewsletter - monthly newsletter providing real estate news; education, event, training and committee information. Distributed to all members (over 2,500) and various related organizations.member emails - issue-based alerts of information relevant to the members' business and association activities, sent to all members or company brokers as relevant. Annual report - update of association and committee activities distributed at annual meeting. Available to all members.website - content includes membership information, governing documents, rules, forms, program information, news of current association and industry topics, professional standards forms and info, educational opportunities, promotion of events, training notices, commercial updates, government affairs, and links to related organizations and agencies. Available to all members.membership search & directory - annual membership directory is published electronically, includes member and firm contact information, association contact information, email and web addresses, related industry contact info, updated code of ethics, equal opportunity info, etc. Available to all members (approximately 2,700).messaging: the association serves as the local voice for r.e. Reporting & promoting real estate trends and issues through association
