The Emily Victoria Solek Memorial Scholarship Fund desired to contribute $100,000 to be used to establish an endowment fund within the Rochester Community Schools Foundation ("RCS Foundation"). The RCS Foundation established an endowment fund to be known as the EMILY VICTORIA SOLEK MEMORIAL ENDOWMENT FUND ("Endowment Fund") for the benefit of the students at Rochester Community Schools. The Endowment Fund will be used for scholarships for the benefit of graduates of Stoney Creek High School. The Emily Victoria Solek Memorial Scholarship Fund made an irrevocable contribution in the amount of $100,000 to establish the Endowment Fund. Subject to relevant fiduciary standards, the Board of Directors of the RCS Foundation shall have complete authority and discretion as to the investment and re-investment of the assets of the Endowment Fund as part of the RCS Foundation's investment portfolio.
