Collective rural leadership - services that build local capacity and provide education for individuals in rural communities. Rdi's leadership development efforts foster a shared sense of purpose, build trust and connection among locals, and increase the number and diversity of people actively engaged in community change. Our work results in a network of skilled, engaged local leaders who can collaborate across differences, address complex challenges, and strengthen community life.

Inclusive rural policy & equitable resources - services that close the rural resource gap and advance political equity for rural people and places. Rdi's policy and resource work educates, activates, and connects rural leaders and networks to drive systems change. Our efforts grow civic participation and representation, strengthen rural networks, elevate rural priorities, and increase access to public and private funding through capacity-building and expanded investment in rural communities.
