The mission of the stewardship utah foundation is to advocate for the improvement of the environment in utah.

Air quality - the stewardship utah foundation worked to improve air quality on utah's wasatch front by educating the public and developing policy proposals. This work benefits an airshed with a population of roughly 2.8 million.
Climate action - the stewardship utah foundation worked to address the impacts of greenhouse gas emissions and climate change in utah by engaging the public, proposing policy, and encouraging cities to participate in a coalition to eliminate carbon emissions from electricity production. This work is intended to benefit utah's entire population of 3.5 million people.
Public lands, great salt lake, and environmental education. The stewardship utah foundation worked to protect public lands, restore the great salt lake, and educate the public on environmental issues. These efforts were intended to benefit all of utah's population of 3.5 million people.
