Community living services - provides in-home care to participants 18 and over disabled and 60 and older participants so they can live in the comfort of their own home.

Personal care - serving participants with tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, eating, and ambulation.

Home delivered meals - serving thirty-four (34) communities in western and southern wayne county, the home delivered meal program provides a well-balanced meal to seniors age sixty (60) and older who are homebound or otherwise unable to provide their own meals.
