Rural OVW and VAWA - enhances the safety of rural victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking, and supports projects uniquely designed to address and prevent these crimes in rural areas.

Volunteer and outreach program - Organize volunteers who contribute their time to make presentations about domestic violence, sexual abuse, how to combat it, and resources available to victims.
