SEEC supports and advocates on behalf of low-wage, Immigrants Day Laborers in Arlington County so that they can participate in dignified work, earn fair wages, and improve their overall conditions.

Job and Life Skills Training: Enrolled 162 clients in employment and life skills training courses. Provided basic digital skills training to 55 clients, business skill training to 67 clients and driver s education training to 40 clients who obtained Driver s Privilege Cards. Referred 163 clients for English language courses.

Provide Access to Critical Support: Provided 2,714 hot meals, 2,550 brown bag meals value $7,650, and 292 days of supplemental breakfast foods to food insecure clients; provided legal assistance to 48 clients; made over 400 referrals to local agencies for healthcare, food, and transportation; allocated $10,000 in one-time emergency assistance for eviction prevention, medical cost, transportation, and emergency food.
