Individual support - two separate dda state funded grants. The first provides transition services to people with developmental disabilities who are dually diagnosed and residing in spring grove, spring field and/or clifton perkins to assist them to transition into community-based settings. The second provides stipends to care for individuals with developmental disabilities in a family environment by a caregiver who is not related.

Supported employment - provides vocational training through skills development and work experience to developmentally disabled clients.

Other non fps services includes employment programming funded by the maryland department of education's division of rehabilitation services (dors); behavior support services funding from the maryland department of health, developmental disabilities administration (dda) to provide the behavior assessment/plan development and consultation; the ausherman family foundation funded youth empowerment youth program in frederick only; and dda monies to pay for private transportation costs.
