The dei collaborative transforms employer organizations to be more diverse, equitable, and inclusive by facilitating deep learning with senior leaders. We support executives in deepening their personal commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and leveraging that commitment to lead meaningful change. The program features professionally-facilitated, cross-sector cohorts with each cohort being limited to 15 executive-level leaders and it includes individual coaching and support with ongoing support beyond the cohort experience.
We love saint paul fund: provide direct support, through emergency relief funds, to small businesses and nonprofits impacted by unrest.
General programs: support of events, meetings, and publications that provide the advancement of civic, social, commercial, and economic interest of the city of saint paul and surrounding east metro area
