Summer youth employment program: we received a grant from the westchester county department of social services office of workforce investment to place youth, ages 14-21 within worksites. An employment counselor prepared youth through orientation sessions, pre-screening, mock interviews and resume preparation. A job developer worked with employers throughout white plains to develop placement sites. Areas of employment include camp counselors, administrative assistants, store stockpersons, receptionists, restaurant helpers, store clerks, media interns, hair dressers, and custodians.

Next generation boys program:supports young men as the prepare for and transition into adulthood.
