Pathway To Success P2S Leadership Academy is a transformational experience combining the latest ideas, models, curriculum, skills, and tools facilitated by industry and thought leaders in a workshop and or seminar format. P2S Leadership Academy is designed to develop leaders and create a pathway to success in the areas of personal, professional and career development. 40 students wereaccepted into 2024 leadership cohort. Students will attend 13 amazing workshop sessions geared to grow their leaderships skills and prepare them to successfully transition into the real world.. Our successors graduate the academy equipped with the tools to polish professional skills and enhance business acumen, cultivate leadership traits, contibute to community, explore and develop interests outside of the classroom, build confidence and self-esteem and make key connections with future business, contacts and mentors.
