Organize education and outreach programs to enable community members, local entrepreneurs, and other small impact investors to invest and financially benefit from commercial property ownership.
Inclusive Economic Development and Growth - Advise community-based organizations on creating and advancing catalytic commercial real estate and other development projects. Create and disseminate data, research, tools, and practices that support inclusive economic development and growth.
Minority Business Survival and Recovery - Help minority owned businesses recover from the pandemic and secure financing for targeted projects to grow their operations.
