Homeless services: homeless resource center (hrc) is a program that provides day shelter and support services for homeless adults. Family rapid rehousing (frrh) provides housing and support services for families moving from homelessness to permanent housing. Our new service, housing navigation assists individuals and families in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing. Number of unduplicated clients served: hrc 1,578 individuals and frrh 42 families. Programs are designed to increase well-being and to assist individuals and families in moving toward a stronger sense of self-determination.
