Uar state convention:the annual state convention was held in september of 2024, in which attendees received updates on the status of various legislative issues impacting the state of the real estate industry, were able to participate in education and classes needed for continuing education requirements, and received training in various leadership and committee assignment activities. In addition, executive committee and annual meetings were held and the business of the association was transacted.

Conferences, meetings and leadership training:association leadership participated in various national association of realtors meetings and training sessions needed to assist the local state boards and associations. Meetings were held with each local board for purposes of training and leadership developments. Leadership seminars were also held for members with aspirations of participating in leadership positions at both the state and local board levels.

Legislative support:as more fully described in schedule c - political campaign and lobbying activities, these prorams consist of monitoring the status of proposed legislation affecting real estate, communicating positions with respect to such legislation, providing contact opportunities between members and their elected representatives, and supporting the realtor political action committee.

Other member support:activities include the legal resource center, which provides legal assistance to members on a variety of real estate issues, and providing professional standards training and compliance monitoring. In addition, administrative support is provided to the housing opportunity fund, which provides financial assistance to low income and other qualified buyers, and to the graduate realtor institute, in certifying members with the gri designation. Revenues consist of reimbursement for a portion of these services.
