DESCUBRETE- a program that supports business and cooperative entrepreneurship of small business among the LGBT community older adults and women head of households. Empoderate a public policy program focused on advocating for LGBTTQ+ inclusive laws protocols and guidelines to improve the lives of the community in PR. In addition train community leaders and allies to increase individual and collective power to create change through tow academies per year. During 2023 one was held in San Juan and the internally bewtween volunteers and staff of the organization.

Recontruye Q - This program works to provide assistance during times of emergency in the country and provide short term counseling and mental health supports to individual impacted by the phenomenon whith strengthening the resiliency of the individual and community. During 2023 every month individuals were provided with meals and food purchased plus the tools and seeds to mkake the home garden.
